Scooby’s Spots: Cut circles of black felt out & glue them to the back of the jumpsuit.
Ear Headband: Cut outer ear shape from brown felt. Then cut inner ear shape from peach felt. Glue inner pieces to outer pieces & affix ears to headband. Pinching the bottom of the ears will help with gluing.
Tail: Cut down the brown felt a bit & roll it length-wise, gluing together after doing so. Attach tail to back of jumpsuit. I pinched & glued the bottom of the tail for a more natural look.
Collar: Cut belting trim down as much as needed. Fold it length-wise & glue together. Cut diamond shape from yellow paper, then cut smaller version from blue paper & glue both together Cut letters ‘S’ & ‘D’ from yellow paper & glue on top of diamonds. Attach tag to jump ring & attach jump ring to belting trim.
I free-handed the shapes & letters but you can always print out templates & trace them for preciseness.
Now you have custom, Scooby Doo family costumes! I wish we actually had somewhere to wear ours to! Are any of you dressing up for Halloween?!
